The Lakemary Center Endowment Association was established in 1975 as the fundraising entity for Lakemary. Since that time, the Endowment has dispersed over 2.5 million dollars to support Lakemary’s activities including individuals scholarships, specialized treatment programs and capital projects. Lakemary has been recognized by organizations such at the Variety Club as one of the key children’s charities in the Kansas City community, and has been the recipient of numerous grants from national and local foundations. However, it is the tremendous loyalty of our individual volunteers and donors that has most allowed Lakemary to enhance its efforts over the years.
